Artist
Brett Murray was born in
Pretoria, studied art at
Stellenbosch university and now resides and works in
Cape Town. Brett works mainly in metal and plastics, creating wall sculptures and lights that comment on the "rich and unique irony, particular and peculiar to South Africa."
